We are looking for multilingual Customer Service Professionals to join the expanding teams

Your responsibilities:

•Supporting the customers, problem solving
•Close cooperation with stakeholders and other team members across the company
•Working with various systems
•Administration connected to the queries and financial data´s

REQUIREMENTS
•Fluent proficiency & comprehension in English and French/German/Nordics or Italian
•Customer service experience (preferred)
•Customer oriented
•Excellent communications skills
•Highly organized and detail oriented
•Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
