On behalf of our multinational client operating in the Telecommunication sector we are looking for an Order Management Coordinator who will be responsible for:
- Enter customer orders,
- Place orders for service components to external suppliers,
- Operate and update the order management tool,
- Monitor status of component orders and act on exceptions,
- Coordinate the whole ordering process.

The ideal candidate has:
- Customer centric attitude and ability to solve complex problems,
- Ability to work to deadlines and to achieve results in agreed time-scales,
- High degree of computer literacy.

The candidates will be charged with Order Management operations from pre order processing until final customer acceptance of the order.

REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in English and Hungarian is a must for this position!

- Fluency in German both written and verbal,
- Commercial and/or technical education preferably in telecommunication / ICT,
- Good understanding of telecommunication principles,
- Good time management,
- Experience in usage of CRM- and Order-Systems,
- Ability to diagnose delivery issues and weaknesses in the process in order to successfully initiate corrective actions,
- Result focused,
- Proven experience in managing complex processes and multiple suppliers.
