Pannon-Work Ltd. Staffing and Labour Solutions is looking for a
Business Process Support Specialist
for its high-prestigious multinational client

Key responsibilities:
•support the Business Process Manager in executing business process related projects
•participate in managing entire project lifecycles
•documentation of process requirements and definition of operational processes
•support in creating and managing KPI’s and other monitoring tools
•assistance in system and operational process training, development of training materials
•pro-active stakeholder management for successful process changes

Requirements:
•solid English AND German communication skills
•good understanding of Supply Chain & Business Process Management
•high analytical and problem solving skills
•excellent organizational and communication skills
•customer focused and experience managing customer expectations
•multitask oriented and ability to work in a fast environment
•ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally
•ability to document processes in a professional manner
